This is our standard weekly vegan bread baking schedule. If you’d like to reserve one, just call before 8pm the night before and we will have it ready for you the next afternoon.
We also bake all of our sandwich special bread in house and fill in loaf breads as needed throughout the week.
Tuesday – 100% whole wheat ($4.00)
Ingredients: organic whole wheat flour, Earth Balance, organic evaporated cane juice, salt, yeast
Wednesday – Oat Bread ($4.00)
Oat Bread Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic oats, agave nectar, local non-GMO canola oil, salt, yeast
Thursday – Marble Rye ($4.00) & Sourdough Rounds ($4.00)
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, organic palm shortening, molasses, organic fair trade cocoa powder, salt, yeast, caraway seed
Sourdough ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, sourdough culture, salt
Friday – Burger Buns, bag of 6 ($4.00)
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, Earth Balance, flax, organic evaporated cane juice, salt, yeast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds or onions (topping)
